1. The programme

FootballEdge ("we") runs this programme for creators ("partners") who recommend FootballEdge subscriptions to their audience with a personal code. Taking part does not make you our employee, agent or representative.

2. Who can take part

You must be 18 or older and approved by us. We may refuse or end a partnership at our discretion, in particular when promotion breaks these terms.

3. Your code and the customer discount

Once approved you choose a code. Your audience gets the discount we set for your code on their first 3 monthly payments (annual plans: the equivalent once on the first year). The code is the attribution: a subscription counts for you only when your code was applied to it. One code per subscription; the first one applied wins.

4. Commission

You earn 50% of a qualifying subscriber's first monthly payment and 20% of each of the next 12 monthly payments. On an annual plan you earn 20% of the first annual payment, once; later annual payments earn nothing. The base is what the customer actually paid for the period, after the discount and excluding VAT, converted to euros at the rate our payment provider applied. Plan-change top-ups and add-ons do not earn commission.

5. Qualifying subscribers

Only a person's first-ever paid FootballEdge subscription qualifies. A person who paid us before — matched by account, email or payment card — does not, nor does your own account, email or card, nor free or complimentary access.

6. Hold, reversals and payouts

Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment. Everything released by the end of a month becomes due with the monthly report on the 1st of the following month and is paid shortly after the 1st, in euros, by bank transfer, Revolut or PayPal to the details you provide, once your payable balance reaches the minimum; a smaller balance carries over. Refunds and statutory withdrawals during the hold cancel the commission. Refunds and chargebacks (a customer disputing the payment with their bank) after the hold are deducted from later payouts; if a dispute is decided in our favour, the commission is added back.

7. Tax and invoicing

You are responsible for your own taxes and provide the invoicing details we need. We agree with you how your commission is invoiced: either you send us an invoice for each payout, or we issue self-billed invoices for you under a separate self-billing agreement that you accept in the portal. Your current method is shown under Profile & payouts.

8. How you promote

You follow the content rules in "How to promote": label every promotion as an ad, make no claims of profit or easy money, never aim at under-18s, never feature anyone under 25, add the responsible-gambling line, and do not state hit rates — link to the public track record instead. Breaking these rules can lead to suspension and the loss of commission earned through that promotion.

9. Data

You only ever see totals — never who subscribed. We keep your contact, payout and invoicing details only for running the programme and as tax law requires; payout details are stored encrypted. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and ending

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email; the version you accepted is recorded. Either side can end the partnership at any time; commission already earned stays payable under section 6.
